Knew the art of telling lies, perfectly.

Cosmetic surgeries, botox injections
Helped him stay youthful,
Forever.

Transformed himself into swan.
Every weekend,
To entertain the crowds.

Abandoned by the
Fairy godmother,
Cinderella remained
A maid forever.

Rapunzel's hair extensions.
Tricked him, deceived him.
Broke both, his heart and bones.

Ended up as an entrée,
For the king's dinner.

Acquired grandma's wealth.
With wolf's assistance.
Sharp mind, sharp claws.

Discovered her freedom,
Down the rabbit hole.
Stayed back forever

Now displayed,
As prince's 'special'
In his exotic animal collection.

The Princess and the Frog

Took him home.
Tonight's dinner,
"Frog legs soup for two!"

The prince refused to kiss her.
Fearing infection, he galloped away.

Always loved them.
His keepsake now.

Under their bed
Secrets lived
Sharing stories
Of betrayal.

"See you tomorrow," he said
Years later, she still waits.

Hears them every night
Talking and laughing
